When Sky-Work needs to seal the façades of the high-rise building, rope access is used – an efficient alternative that is good for the environment.
Rope access, also known as industrial climbing, is an attractive and flexible alternative to a boom lift, scaffolding and a boom lift, where trained and specialised tradespeople carry out the task at height—in ropes.
The method is ideal for hard-to-reach and elevated locations, and is also increasingly gaining ground as an alternative to traditional methods for standard, straightforward building maintenance and repair work.
Construction of the high-rise building is progressing according to plan, and it has now reached the 11th floor.
