Schneider Electric brings 400 employees together at World Trade Center Ballerup

NRE Denmark A/S and Kongeegen A/S, owners of World Trade Center Ballerup, are pleased to welcome Schneider Electric Danmark A/S as a new tenant. With a lease of approx. 3,700 m² across three floors, the property strengthens its position as a business address for both Danish and international companies near Copenhagen.

Schneider Electric Danmark A/S has chosen World Trade Center Ballerup as the new home for its employees. The lease covers approx. 3,700 m² of modern, flexible office space across two floors and also gives employees access to the building’s service and shared facilities.

Schneider Electric is an international company specializing in energy technology, electrification, automation and digitalization. The move brings its employees together in a professional environment focused on collaboration, flexibility and well-being.

The agreement has been concluded between Schneider Electric Danmark A/S and World Trade Center DK A/S, which is owned by NRE Denmark A/S and Kongeegen A/S. It is the result of close collaboration between the owners, the tenant and Andresen Erhverv ApS.

The owners: “A strong confirmation of the property’s potential”

Jonas Anders Olesen, Director of Property at NRE Denmark A/S, says:

“We are delighted to welcome Schneider Electric to World Trade Center Ballerup. The agreement is the result of excellent collaboration between our strong team at WTC Ballerup, Andresen Erhverv and us as owners – and it gives us a solid foundation for completing the development of the property.”

Ib Henrik Rønje, owner of Kongeegen A/S, says:

It is an important recognition of our ambition to create an attractive, international business environment, and it confirms that we are on the right track with the development of the property and the facilities we offer our tenants.

The entire process has been marked by a very good, open and constructive dialogue, with both parties working purposefully to find the best solutions. I would like to extend a big thank you to the team at Schneider Electric and to our own team for their professionalism, commitment and excellent collaboration.

We very much look forward to welcoming Schneider Electric to World Trade Center Ballerup and to a good and lasting partnership.”

Strategic collaboration created the right match

Jeanette Bonde, CEO | Property & Development, Andresen Erhverv ApS and strategic developer for World Trade Center Ballerup, says:

“We see the potential before others do, and this agreement is a prime example of that. For me, commercial property is about much more than square meters. I am particularly pleased that, through close and constructive collaboration, we have created a solution that matches Schneider Electric’s ambitions while contributing to the continued development of World Trade Center Ballerup.”
