The High-Rise

In September 2024, we opened The High-Rise, our 15-storey extension, which accommodates even more companies, a large conference hall for 200+ participants and 30 serviced apartments.

The building is DGNB Silver certified and includes a new five-storey parking garage – all designed to future-proof a green and flexible working environment.

Sustainability in focus

We are part of the UN Global Compact and actively work with Sustainable Development Goal No. 7 Affordable and Clean Energy and No. 12 Responsible Consumption and Production. WTC Ballerup integrates sustainability into both strategy and operations – and our Conference Centre is Green Key certified for the third year in a row.

Our green initiatives include:

Solar PV system with 547 panels (200 kWp)
Certified green electricity from Norsk Elkraft
LED lighting outdoors and indoors
Waste sorting into 8 fractions
More EV charging stations for electric and hybrid cars

We continuously work to implement new, environmentally friendly solutions – and make an active effort to reduce energy consumption and CO₂ emissions.

Part of a global network

WTC Ballerup is part of the World Trade Centers Association, an international network with more than 300 centres in over 100 countries. This gives our companies access to global connections, collaboration opportunities and local benefits at World Trade Centres worldwide.
