Ballerup’s new landmark now stands at its full height of 15 floors. The high-rise building is ready for occupancy in September, but already now you can experience a fully furnished office floor in the new construction, realized by the developers Kongeegen A/S and NRE Denmark A/S.
High ceilings, exposed installations, raw concrete walls, floor-to-ceiling windows, and a fantastic view are just a few of the things that prospective businesses can look forward to in the high-rise building.
The furnished leases of 357 sqm, 373 sqm, and 614 sqm located on the 3rd floor are equipped with different floorings, reflecting the options available for upcoming businesses to customize the interior according to their preferences.
Ballerup Mayor Jesper Würtzen visited the newly furnished facilities at an informal event on January 25th:“The Lautrup area has a new landmark. The WTC Ballerup high-rise building provides an opportunity for even more small and medium-sized businesses to establish themselves side by side with the large companies, creating fantastic synergy.”

In addition to medium and large leases, the high-rise building’s nearly 20,000 sqm will also accommodate additional shared rooftop terrace on the 15th floor, meeting facilities, including a large auditorium with seating for over 200 people, VIP Business Club facilities, and 30 serviced apartments – a good alternative to a hotel room for, for example, expatriate employees.
In connection with the high-rise building, which will be environmentally certified with DGNB silver, a 5-story parking garage with 430 parking spaces has been constructed. NRE Denmark, which is a co-investor and responsible for the ongoing construction in a turnkey contract, expects to hold the traditional topping-out ceremony for the craftsmen when warmer weather arrives in the spring.
