WHAT IS PERSONAL INFORMATION
Personal information can be many things. It is often name, address, email, telephone number, date of birth, CPR number, image, etc. However, it can also be information about you that, combined with other data, reveals something about you. This could be shoe size, hair color, Endomondo running routes, website visits (IP address), etc.
Often, the personal information we process will be common information, but we still treat them confidentially.
WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION DO WE PROCESS AND FOR WHAT PURPOSE
If you visit our website
When you visit our website, you leave a “footprint” in the form of your IP address. Your IP address is passed on to a third party for the purpose of collecting statistics or targeting advertising towards you. Through our cookie policy, you can change your settings for which third party you accept us to share your footprint with.
If you contact us
When you contact us by mail, email, or telephone, we save your contact information for the purpose of being able to respond to you. If your inquiry is sporadic and you do not become employed, a customer, or otherwise associated, your personal information will automatically be removed from our systems within 6 months.
If you are a customer
When you are a customer, we often have entered into an agreement for a service or delivery. Under this agreement, we often exchange personal information for the purpose of our employees being able to communicate about what needs to be delivered. As long as you are a customer, we keep relevant communication that is important for our cooperation. All other communication is automatically deleted as part of our internal policies.
If we are a customer of yours
When we are a customer of yours, the same applies as above, that we often have entered into an agreement for the purpose of our employees being able to communicate about what needs to be delivered.
When you move within our buildings
Video surveillance is conducted in the common areas of our buildings for the purpose of preventing and solving offenses. Video surveillance is carried out in accordance with the TV Surveillance Act. In areas where video surveillance is conducted, there are clear signs posted at entrances about the surveillance. Recordings are only used if there is suspicion of an offense, and recordings are not stored for more than 30 days unless there is a suspicion being processed.
If you are employed by us
When you are employed by us, we process a wide range of personal information about you. The purpose of the processing is to maintain the employment relationship and is thus related to the employment contract. Some of this information is shared with external parties, such as the tax authorities, pension company, etc. In cases where we need to process personal information beyond what is part of the employment contract, we will always ask for your consent.

If we have no other obligation or if the purpose of the processing has ceased, we will comply.
Restriction: You can ask us to limit the use of your personal information. This right does not apply to all processing, but we will inform you about this upon request.
Objection: You can object to our processing of your personal information if you believe we do not have a legal basis for processing them.
Data portability: You can receive the personal information you have provided us in a machine-readable format.
